![]() In order to serve the defendant, a physical address must be provided.The claim must be filed in the county where the Plaintiff or Defendant lives, or the county where employed, or the county where the transaction took place.If a corporation is filing a small claims and someone other than the president of the company will be speaking on behalf of the company, a Certificate of Designation must be on file for that person.There is a $28.00 fee assessed for sheriff services (if requested) on any Perry County serve and return. The fee is $97.00 for the first defendant and $10.00 for each additional defendant.The limit for an individual to file a small claims form is $10,000, and the limit for a corporation to file is $1,500.The Trustee is to also oversee the burial of the indigent when no other means of payment are available and maintains those cemeteries in the township which have been abandoned. ![]() The Trustee is required to see that the necessary needs of an individual or family are met. The duties of the Trustee are to care for the poor with the most economical means available. Tammy has worked for Perry Township Schools for 20 years in the library and has an extensive administrative background. ![]() Serving as her Chief Deputy is Tammy Springman. Patty is excited to continue to serve the people of Perry Township and move the township forward with new ideas and fresh perspectives. Patty also served as a member of the Perry Township Board collaborating with the former Trustee the internal aspects that go into overseeing the township finances. Prior to being elected as Township Trustee, she worked for the Perry Township Schools for over 26 years.
